The new division is designed to serve a variety of client and delegate needs, the agency says, including venue-finding, recruiting speakers and entertainment, managing suppliers and handling travel logistics and bookings.
MD Tim Spencer said: “Every client and every event has differing needs and challenges. We have rolled out Delegate and Event Management as a fully-fledged offering, so we can now focus on providing personalised help with the intricate details and practical touches.”
Rebecca Jansson has been recruited to head the division and says: “Effective delegate management is about getting a detailed knowledge of exactly what the client and delegates need, and delivering it to a high standard.
The other recruit is Roslyn Rooney, who joins the marketing team.
