Shepard Exposition Promotes Amy Taggart and Steve Margos

After a record year of growth, Shepard Exposition Services has started the New Year with two key promotions. Amy Taggart will take on the newly created position of Vice President of Quality Control & Planning. Steve Margos will assume the role of General Manager of Shepard’s Las Vegas branch. 

Amy Taggart has held a variety of operational roles since starting with the company in 1998. Her new responsibilities will include management of Shepard’s quality control and safety programs, and will serve as the organization’s internal coach for the newly instituted, company-wide, 4DX initiative. In addition, Amy will continue to manage purchasing for Shepard where she has had a significant impact on driving down costs and creating efficiencies. 

Steve Margos joined Shepard last year as an operations supervisor. He began his career 17 years ago as a union decorator, has an ETCP rigging certification and served as a general foreman before joining Shepard in Los Angeles. In his new role as GM of the Las Vegas, Steve will be applying his leadership and planning skills to the fastest growing Shepard branch.
