WORLD - Global DMC and event management organisation Pacific World has appointed Ruby Serra as director of global sales, North America.
Serra has 25 years' experience in the business events industry, working for the Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau, as well as Destination Asia.
“I am excited to join Pacific World and start the next phase in my career,” she said. “I am looking forward to bringing a new set of solutions to the market and broadening my horizons to more than 100 worldwide destinations in Asia, Europe, the US, Middle East and Africa.”

Joseph-Antoine said that, to enable this new phase of development, Pacific World has decided to end the commercial co-operation with World Marketing Group.
