Brook joined Ashfield Meetings & Events (then WorldEvents) 15 years ago and has 20 years of industry experience. During her time with the agency she has held various positions including operational, account management and business development roles.
Since 2012 Brook has held the role of head of engagement with accountability for the company’s creative, production, digital, communication and exhibition offerings, in addition to managing the supply chain. Since her appointment to this role the team has grown from six to 21 full-time employees.
“I am thrilled to take on the mantle of engagement director,” Brook says. “With a number of new staff appointments over the past year and a number of new business wins to kick start 2015, it is an exciting time for the team.
“I am looking forward to leading further growth over the coming months and working closely with our agile consultancy resource Spark Thinking which is aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of live events and communication strategies.”
