WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 27, 2013) – Hargrove, Inc., an award-winning general contractor for national trade shows, full-service events, and custom and rental exhibits, wrapped up 2013 with several awards from leading trade publications for work across multiple lines of business and corporate capabilities, as well as continued strong business development.

The year started strong as Hargrove continued its track record of being the go-to general contractor choice for high-profile work. Hargrove was the general contractor for the 2013 Presidential Inauguration of Barrack Obama, creating an overall theme, designing general décor and building stage sets and floats. Hargrove produced the American Society of Association Executive (ASAE)’s Springtime Expo for Hargrove’s 38th year as general contractor. Additionally, Hargrove acquired a variety of new trade show business including: the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) Streamlining Healthcare Conference, the Airport Council International North America (ACI) Annual Conference and Expo, the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS)
Annual and Regional Conventions and the National Institute of Government Purchasing (NIGP)’s Annual Forum.

In addition to its business development efforts, Hargrove was named to the 2013 Inc. 500|5000 list by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., one of the top 50 event companies by Special Event magazine and by Event Marketer and Event Design Magazines as one of the top exhibit fabricators in the U.S.
